Your Daily 5 answers, streak and progress are saved in this browser's storage. They never leave your device. Clearing this site's data removes them.

The app also saves its own files on your device so it can open without signal. No personal data is sent anywhere.

Sessions you log stay on this device too. Download or delete them anytime from Sessions.

Rooms and home games you add stay on this device and are included in "Download all my data" and "Delete all my data".

Importing sessions from a CSV file reads the file on this device only and adds the sessions to this device's data.

Backups and restores stay on this device too: a backup is a file saved to your device, and restoring one reads it here without sending it anywhere.

Your 21+ answer, your limits, any break you start (with when it began) and your "which fits you best" answer are stored on this device too. "Delete all my data" in Limits and your data removes your sessions, rooms and home games, drill history, streak, limits, the lessons you opened, that answer and your 21+ answer. A break stays in place until it ends. If you answer "No" to the 21+ question, or you are on a break, you can still download or delete your data from that screen.

No accounts, no cookies, no ads, and no analytics or tracking scripts.

The waitlist and feedback buttons open your own email app. If you send the email, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and to tell you once when the app launches. We never sell or share them.

To have them deleted, reply to any email from us and ask. We delete them within 30 days.
